At NOIRE & NEIGE, we strive to provide premium-quality products and a great shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • Have all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Be free from stains, perfumes, damage, or alterations.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

NOIRE & NEIGE reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Return Shipping Charges

Returns are accepted; however, return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If a reverse pickup service is available, the applicable return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products made to your specifications.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product,
  • A defective product, or
  • The wrong item,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead request a return after delivery if the product is eligible under this policy.


7. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Size issues (subject to stock availability).
  • Damaged or incorrect products.

If your required size is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
